  Pigeonsford
             farmhouse

The Area

A former farmhouse in a totally peaceful location, surrounded by meadows and woodland.

There are many coves and harbours nearby along this unspoiled National Trust protected coastline. This beautiful coast has a rich seafaring history, including 18th century smuggling!

Llangrannog beach - with a wonderful beach cafe and small village shop

We have a huge variety of wildlife, which can be seen around the farm, including woodland birds, red kites and badgers. There are many attractions on your doorstep, surfing, sailing, walking, pony trekking, golf and nearby (Activity) Centre, with dry ski slope. The cottage is only one mile from the village of Llangrannog with its safe sandy beaches, two good pubs, shops, cafe and restaurant. The pretty harbour of New Quay, is seven miles away. From there you can take a boat trip around Cardigan Bay to see the dolphins and seals. Ten miles away is the main town of Cardigan, which offers a good range of shops and supermarkets. Also very convenient for touring the heartland and solitude of mid-Wales and the Cambrian Mountains.

How to find us

¡ Llangrannog is off the main A487
Cardigan to Aberystwyth road. Leave the A487 at Brynhoffnant towards Llangrannog. Look out for and follow the signs to the 'Urdd Camp'. This will take you right at the cross-roads towards Pontgarreg, followed by 2nd left. Pigeonsford Farm is approx. a quarter of a mile on the left hand side.
